Home is wherever I’m with you

Peter and I are leaving home, about to embark on a long and exciting adventure to places neither of us have been to before. There will be unfamiliar cities and strange customs and different languages, but wherever we go, there will be music. There is something about music that can convey so much while sometimes saying very little. Music is everywhere, in the restaurant and the neighborhood grocery store, on the train and the bus, in our head and in our hearts. As we travel along we will sing an old song, listen to a new song, and keep in mind that there is a different song for each place we go that may make us laugh, cry, or dance. Here is the first song of our wanderings, to kick off our life together in other lands, cause our home will be wherever we are, as long as we’re together.

About wanderingsoundtrack

I write about my travel experiences and relate them to songs I already know, or have just heard or learned on the way. Listen along!
